UPS lost my insured package a few months back and I spent hours (a lot of hours) trying to get my money back. No such luck. The call centers played the lying games with the I'm so sorry this is happening to you ... blaublaublau. UPS said the cheque was sent to the Toronto Head Office. eBay said no money is ever sent to eBay from the couriers. UPS said that it was now in review to what happen to the cheque and that another cheque would be sent out to me. Nothing came from UPS. I'm such a loser for being in a game that is rigged and the only winners are the low lifes who have no consceince and like scamming the innocent out of their money.
