Resolved! The eBay Final Value Fee was C $1.25 but the Credit I received was C $1.00 . $0.25 less. Why?

I don't look at these monthly invoices but was actually looking for a return credit on another item and saw this. I know it's not much but it has me thinking about what else I may have missed.
