hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else is seeing a very abnormal decline in sales in the past 45 days. It seems that ever since ebay implemented a bunch of changes I'm barely making any sales , I've lost about 50% so far going from 10 to 15 orders a day to now 2 to 8 AT BEST. I'd say about half of my orders were international but right now it's 99% canada with most of my usual high sales regions not even buying a single things anymore.

what is even happening right now ???

An update now that you're back in...

Here is that example where it shows me EIS first instead of your cheaper lower shipping option when I set a US location:

Listing page shows EIS first here (on .ca and .com)

Only when I go to details do I see the lower shipping option:

And ebay.ca search results and .com search results show the EIS higher rate (not including import fees on .com):

that was one of my concern, default shipping is tracked packet but now EIS is showing a inflated rate first which will undeniably slow down my sales.

this program release has been an absolute S show and I feel powerless as ebay just keep responding to me with a script instead of actually looking things up.

as my previous message states. I've went around and I'm not longer visible on most of ebay global market. I'm usualy paying hundreds/thousand in fees a week on ebay and I feel like this platform won't care to help fix something that has been the result of their updates.

It's supposed to show the lower shipping. During the zoom EIS 101 meeting, the advice when you find something like this where it's not showing what you'd expect was to send a email to [email protected] so they can look into it. If you're not seeing different results than I see (and it's not just me), send them an e-mail with this example.
