Ebay International Shipping

When using Ebay International Shipping, after you have shipped the item, can you adjust the pricing for a buyer later if they complain about something or do they have to contact Ebay shipping for that ?  I noticed you can cancel an order, but I wouldn't want to do that & refund all their monies.

Thank you

I think you’re asking if you can issue a partial refund for an item forwarded through eIS.

Generally speaking, once the item is accepted at the hub, the seller is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any returns or claims made through the Money Back Guarantee are handled through eIS and refunds are made by eIS; the seller gets to keep their monies from the sale.

I don’t believe eIS offers partial refunds. They generally want the buyer to return the item to be destroyed or resold at the program’s discretion.

My EIS orders have the same 'send refund' option that regular orders do for partial refunds.

Adjust the shipping?
You only get and use the shipping fee to the plant.

All the other parts of the shipping fee are from eIS- forwarding, import fees, sales taxes, etc.

Not your circus, not your monkeys.

Adjust the purchase price?

I believe you can adjust this, although personally if it's good enough to keep it's good enough to pay for.
