Double-check the tracking info in a third-party site that's good for linking multi-carrier shipments in case there are scan events that haven’t been properly transmitted. I like to use Parcelsapp.
If checking the tracking elsewhere doesn’t provide any additional information, it’s likely that there was something about the items that made them ineligible for forwarding from the hub and there isn’t a scan with that information.
If you do file a non-delivery claim with eBay after 6 October and the items are still supposedly in the move, it sounds as though eBay may drag out the claim and extend the delivery time, so it can’t hurt to file.

You really can't do anything until October 6.
Painful as it may be-- your responsibility was to buy in enough time for delivery and the last estimated date fo delivery is given before you purchase.
And if October 6 passes without delivery, you can only get your money back.
On the bright side, if the purchase arrives after the refund, you can negotiate with the seller about return or refunding the refund.

Psst. This is an eIS shipment. I think. It could be eISD, I suppose. The refund might not come out of the seller’s pocket.
