Please don't speak on my behalf. I sell everything. I have sold more internationally (USA & Europe) through EIS in the last six weeks than I sold in the previous year. I regularly used to ship USA with Chit Chats for five years but since the loss of deminimus and the addition of tariffs there has been a major change in the way things operate in the shipping world. I was hesitant to accept the change at first and slowly tested the waters. I can now confidently say that anyone who is not using EIS is seriously short changing their business, not only by not having the worry of returns etc, reduction in cost of shipping insurance, loss of hassle of shipping claims ( with Chit Chats it is time consuming as well), but also in the risk of rejected shipments which still demand tariff and handling charges of the seller. No worries of late shipments out of seller's control. This forum is full of nightmare stories. Also, in your comment you state to lady.stark it "sounds" like EBAY is not a significant portion of your income. How does that even matter in a discussion about EIS vs other methods of shipping? At some point most people will realize we had a paradigm shift in the industry and will embrace the change. Some other people will never understand it.
