I've just sent off my 4th parcel tonight to the US using Zonos, 1st one already delivered. I was so lost at the begining, once you get the hang of it, not too bad, a lot more time to get the zonos code then snap ship. No tariffs but shipping is about $4 more than through ebay, just added it to the shipping cost. Good luck everybody through this new way of doing business.

I received my receipt and declaration ID, but what do I do now?
Do I go to the Post Office?
I don't usually buy postage from the Post Office, so I am confused as to what other Ebayers do in terms of using your regular couriers with Zonos or do you pay Canada Post counter prices?
Yes, you can go to the post office and purchase the label in person - they will ask for the Declaration ID and type it into the computer to complete the transaction. Bring your Canada Post Solutions for Small Business Card (or number; or provide the phone number associated with your SfSB account) to get the basic small business discount from Canada Post.
You can also purchase the shipping label online using Canada Post's online label-printing platform called "SnapShip". It will prompt you to enter the Declaration ID during the process.

Oh, I didn't realize that was the process. I will end up paying about $12 to send the package at the Canada Post counter. If Ebay reinstates the Canada Post shipping option in the near future, can I use Zonos with Ebay instead of going to the counter? Because the Canada Post counter rates aren't affordable for me.

I had to raise my prices by $4 to cover the postage. Oh well.

I raised my prices about $4 too (to cover tariffs and the customs broker fee with Stallion). It's not quite enough money to completely cover tariffs, depends what they buy... but it will cover tariffs on a lot of things I sell valued under $30.

No one knows the answer to this question. eBay would have to both turn on Canada Post labels to the States AND add integration with Zonos to their platform. With all eyes turned to eIS right now I doubt they're putting any significant effort into eBay Labels, unfortunately.
As others have said: raise your USA shipping prices if you must use Canada Post. If nothing sells with the increased shipping rates, then, well... join the club lol.

When you complete the order on the Zonos app you will get a receipt. The receipt includes a confirmation number formatted in both a QR code and text.
You can create a label on Snapship. You will be prompted to add the number to the label. Add the number. That's it. You don't have to drop it off at a post office. You can drop it in a postal box. If you drop it at a post office, they won't ask you for Zonos because Zonos is already on the label.
You only need to give it in person if you are purchasing the label directly from the post office. They need it to create the label.
Also, I am unsure about what you're referring to with it being under $20 USD, but as far as I understand it that wouldn't be relevant for movies/music/text. They count as informational materials, so they are duty/tariff free.

I'm sending off my 8th parcel to the US. 3 have been delivered and 5 are in transit. I am very lucky that what I sell there are no tariffs and I add this picture to my pictures of item. Sales are OK, slow but 1 or 2 sales a day, so I will take it.

About the same here. Have sold 4 items to the US so far. 2 have been delivered with no problems as far as I can tell. I am getting ready to send my first Video Game so will see how that goes. Zonos says there is no duties/tarriffs so should be ok.

yesterday was my very first experience.Used Zonos Prepay to prepare declaration ID,got email with a code.Went to PO provided with my business acount number to get discount ,then with code and it was all.I'm using my own postage ( have plenty of Canadian mint stamps),so practically everything was as used to be,just now have to get declaration ID for each packet.Likely ,there are no tariffs on postcards and probably on most of the stamps,no fees as well.It used to be apr. a week to deliver tracked packetto USA,in recent month apr 2-3 weeks, not sure how long it would take now.Would also add, that have very positive experience to get clear answers from Zonos on all of my questions.

Shipped 4 items that have cleared and been received by US customers about a week + ago. It took zonos quite a while to finally give a notice for billing, the way it shows on dashboard is a bit of a cluster eff imo, as it shows at a glance what the item is declared/worth + the total tariff fee, almost died inside for a second(as I ship items worth 100cad, so it showed 400.00+, I thought they made a mistake and charged my card for that much lol) until I found the correct spot to look via their email which is:
To view upcoming charges:
Go to Dashboard →Invoices
Click Generate pending shipments report in the top right.
So far so good. Except for current strike. When will it end! But at least it's not mid christmas season
I should note i sell on Etsy (occasionally here), but our seller forums over there are basically being shutdown and I find the seller forum here to have very valuble info on the current state of cross border shipping, no matter the platform you sell on.
