Jettison Canada on ebay.com for world?

Canadians can be awful buyers. Vacillating, wishy-washy, cheap and slow to pay. For me they represent less than 4% of sales vs. The U.S. I'd like to expand all listing to the entire world, but you can't separate Can. Shipping costs from "the world" on Ebay.com, not if you are in Canada. So the Can. buyer sees $100 shipping instead of $20. This necessitates a temporary manual change in the shipping cost to accommodate the Canadian.

to each his own i guess  i find everywhere except canada to awful wishy washy cheap and slow to pay scammers types and is why i don't do anywhere but canada****** elbows up as we say****

If you're selling on dotCOM from Canada I assume you're already using Flat Rate shipping.

All you need to do is set up an International rate table and you can specify flat rate shipping costs for individual countries.
